Tell me about yourself

After my engineering, I joined one of the India’s and a fortune 500 company, HPCL. I worked there for almost 7 years. During my tenure, I worked on several roles, dealing with problems on daily basis related to Operations, supply chain, project management planning and execution. I have led cross-functional teams with engineers ranging from 3 to 8 and contingency workers ranging from 150 to 300 on projects with budgets over $10Mn, where I had to make strategic decisions daily. These decisions directly impacted the project deadlines which in turns impacted the supply of essential commodities for two states in India.
I love taking on challenges and complex business problems and making the systems more reliable, efficient and sustainable. That is the reason why I am interested in consulting, where I can use my analytics and leadership skills along with the business skills that I gained through my MBA program.
