Tell me about yourself

Since leaving the military and starting my civilian career I have been blessed with incredible experiences and mentors that helped me grow and learn in ways I never thought possible. After 12 years my desire to be a more positive influence on my team has driven me to return to school and earn my MBA. I am excited about what the future may bring from this incredible opportunity and all that I will learn along the way.
Throughout my career I have always pursued a goal of excellence. Sometimes this meant simply delivering a product on time, while other times it meant restructuring an entire process. I am proud to say that in one of my previous roles this pursuit of excellence led to an increase of production by 117%.
By connecting people and seeking their individual knowledge I have been a part of implementing technology to help drive optimization. These tools also directly impacted our ability to forecast labor and operations budgets allowing us to “Think Big” for other tasks.
