Tell me about yourself

Hello, I am Don Stedham. I am a current MBA Candidate at Texas A&M. I received my BS in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina in 2020. I worked in biotech for 3 years. During that time, I worked with 8 clients on 6 major projects valued at over $10 million. Outside of those client projects I also spearheaded efforts in developing two innovative platforms to improve the efficiency of the technology transfer between organizations. In addition to that I provided technical support to our manufacturing operations safeguarding client investments.
While working closely with clients I realized the importance of investment for these firms. I began following the money to see how these companies could afford to develop medicines. I soon realized I was better suited for financial research rather than R&D for a gene therapy specialist. I talked with a few trusted mentors who work in Investment Banking and decided I would excel in the role of an analyst due to my strong analytical skill set, willingness to learn, and desire to make a larger impact in the industry.
