Tell me about yourself

Hi, my name is Aditya and I am an MBA student at Mays Business School in Texas A&M University.
I have worked in the construction industry for 6 years. And the industry is famous for being highly complex where projects are very much similar to small individual companies having their own supply chains, assets, operations, and profit and loss statements.
Having worked on high value complex projects with annual revenue of $33Million, a team of 40 engineers and almost over a 1000 blue collared workers, I have had the opportunity to handle multiple portfolios from scheduling, project analysis, procurement and cost controls. This was made easy by my passion to constantly learn new things.
I also developed my analytical skills where I had to make sense out of very complex data. My everyday tasks circled around problem solving to ensure continuous performance improvement. Every new task would have us develop a new strategy and that is where I learned to be collaborative and to ask right kind of questions to devise a flawless strategy.
Compared to construction sector, I think technology sector is highly organized although it is going through constant disruptions driven by innovations. I think I can use my project management experience coupled with MBA academics to keep advancing the tradition of innovation driven impact at your company.
