Tell me about yourself

I am deeply passionate about technology, and this passion drove me to pursue my Bachelor's in Information Technology. Following my academic journey, I embarked on a 3.5-year tenure at Philips India Ltd, where I honed my technical abilities across a diverse range of projects. As a Software Development Engineer, I was dedicated to resolving customer issues in MRI software products, an experience that ignited my interest in enhancing the customer experience and cultivating customer empathy.

Collaboration and solution-driven brainstorming sessions have always been at the heart of my approach. During my leadership of the Customer Complaint Unit, I engaged in stakeholder conversations, screened complaints, and actively contributed to feature planning, shaping the project roadmap to align with customer needs. My journey at Philips also included a pivot to X-ray product development, where I contributed significantly to the creation of impactful customer-focused features.

This journey made me realize my deep interest in assuming the role of a Product Manager, one responsible for crafting customer-centric features that drive product success. To equip myself with the necessary skills and knowledge, I decided to return to school for my MBA, where I have cultivated a diverse skill set and developed a keen business mindset.

During my tenure as a Product Management Intern at Dell Technologies, I effectively melded my technical expertise and business acumen. I strategically developed a product roadmap for Dell's innovative Multi Cloud product through collaborative efforts with stakeholders. My positive attitude, passion for learning new technology, and commitment to creating long-term product value culminated in a compelling recommendation that significantly contributed to the Multi Cloud product's success. This achievement was further recognized with the receipt of the Dell "Inspire Bravo" award for shaping the Multi Cloud Product roadmap.
I am fundamentally a product enthusiast, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through technology-driven solutions. I am characterized by self-drive, optimism, strong collaboration skills, technical prowess, and a relentless focus on business objectives. I am passionately interested in pursuing a career as a Product Manager in the realm of Core Technical products, irrespective of industry, where technology plays a pivotal role and where learning and growth are valued.
