After receiving my undergraduate degree from the California State University of Fullerton in Economics. I wanted to follow my father’s footsteps and enlisted into the United States Army. My first leadership position in the army, I oversaw 42 personnel within global operations in Africa. When I was promoted to Captain, I oversaw 147 personnel, and my leadership philosophy was train as you fight. This philosophy is important to me, because everything you do is practice for the real game, so treating everything like a playoff game will offer greater success when it’s a real game instead of practice. After my military service, I pivoted into Texas AM’s Full-Time MBA program to enhance my leadership and problem solving abilities. I know my leadership capabilities would be a huge asset to your company.
