Hello, My name is Uday Nomula. I am currently pursuing my MBA plus MS in data analytics dual masters from Texas A&M University. After graduating with a mechanical engineering degree from India, I worked for almost 7 years in the Optical fiber and cable manufacturing industry in operations and Business strategy functions. While working in operations with a process where the product is barely visible to the naked eye, I developed the ability to make use of data to drive decision making that led continuous improvement and During my time in strategy I deepened my understanding on how to bridge the gap between customer experience and operational success. But the contributions that I am most proud of are the ones that helped people around me to grow through initiatives that focused on inclusivity to drive change that is needed for the business. Combining all these professional experiences with my formal education prepares me to drive success in fast paced, high-impact roles. Outside of work I enjoy meditating and going on solo trips which allows me to reflect and maintain balance.
