Tell me about yourself

I am a collaborative and results-driven professional with dynamic interpersonal skills allowing me to effectively communicate between diverse teams. While receiving a bachelor's degree in engineering, I started my six-year-long journey in client-facing project-based roles. My career journey began at an entrepreneurial medical device services firm, where I excelled at delivering on organizations' value propositions by deeply understanding customer needs and pain points, allowing me to craft strategic plans that consistently exceeded expectations. This customer-centric approach resulted in a customer retention rate of 96% across my 75 clients.
When I decided to pursue career growth at a larger firm, my approach to leadership was recognized when I was promoted to lead project engineer within just three months, where I successfully managed a portfolio of over 100 products. Maintaining a 100% conversion rate for over 20 projects within seven months highlighted my ability to develop strong relationships, build trust through high-quality work, and foster open and honest communication.
The desire to elevate my career and further refine my skills led me to pursue an MBA at Texas A&M University. During my time here, I've excelled as the Director of Consulting for Aggies in Business, driving partnerships with four organizations to develop and successfully complete project objectives. Inquisitive and enthusiastic, I embrace challenges with a proactive attitude and an innate curiosity.
In my role as Vice President and Chairman of the MBA Association's board, I've honed my skills in addressing evolving needs, educating and mentoring faculty and students, and championing a vision for lasting program success. I was pivotal in launching an MBA-specific LinkedIn page to connect with current students, alumni, and future Aggie MBA candidates. Moreover, my enduring relationships throughout the organization led to productive discussions with senior leadership about external marketing, resulting in a comprehensive overhaul of the MBA program website.
Through my Product Management internship at Halliburton, I designed an internal survey based on insights from 24 interviews with global sales personnel, bridging communication gaps between internal teams and enhancing organizational efficiency. My ability to collaborate effectively with over ten cross-functional teams and engage key customers in meaningful conversations has shaped compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions. Furthermore, my strategic orchestration of internal and external interviews was instrumental in developing a proposal accepted by senior management for immediate implementation.
Thank you for considering my background and experiences. I am eager to contribute my skills and dedication to drive excellence in the next phase of my career.
